Making Your Blog Public or Private.

You can restrict your blog to only readers you choose. However, these readers will need to log in before reading your blog, Also you can allow multiple Authors to make posts on Your Blog.

On Your Blogger Settings Click Permissions
and Then Follow the instructions there


Select whichever Option that you want, either to add multiple Authors to post on your Blog or Restrict it to only yourself.

Also you can Choose to Restrict Your Blog to be read by EveryOne, or Only the people you give access to read, or for only Blog Authors.

The Option you should choose depends on what your Blog has to Offer. You should only restrict Your Blog to a certain group of selected people if you want a membership type of Blog, or if your Blog is a gifting Blog.
